Dosha, Aveda, Papier Couture Fashion Shoot photos for the Oregon Bride Best of party, Portland Oregon

Finally! We get to post our photos of the fashion shoot we did last week for Dosha, Aveda and Papier Couture. We shot the dresses at the new event space Venue Pearl on the third floor of the Aveda Institute building at 13th and Flanders. The Oregon Bride “Best of” party was held last night (more photos from the party later) and the paper dresses were the finale to the runway show. Eric Newland from Hybrid Moon Videography shot video for both the shoot and the event. Here are some of our favorite shots from the shoot and some “behind the scenes” shots too.

Madeline’s Portfolio Shoot – Pittock Mansion

We met Madeline when she was a Princess in the recent Miss Portland Pageant. She will be competing this month in the National American Miss Pageant so she needed a head shot and some other images for her portfolio. She is signed with Ryan Artists and has already had several catalog shoots. She is an awesome model already as you can see here. We wish her the best of luck at the upcoming pageant!

Portland Mercury Fashion Show – Portland Oregon

A couple of weeks ago we covered the Portland Mercury Fashion Show for one of Portland’s hottest textile & fashion designers, Rio Wrenn. Her amazing R.A.W. line was a favorite at the show and she won the most audience votes as a nice bonus. All of the designers at the show were fantastic. We really enjoyed being involved.

After the show we went outside in the cold & drizzle for an impromptu mini fashion shoot with Rio’s fabulous models, courtesy of Murphy Talent Group. Thanks a lot girls!
